From establishment, this organization has completed various projects with the moto of promoting social service. It has helped the society coworking with communities to achieve success in social awareness, women empowerment, livelihood opportunities, climate change, youth self-employment, biodiversity conservation and many more.

CSCD started with small scale livelihood trainings i.e. Incense Sticks making (Agarbatti) ; Beauty Parlor; Bee Wax Candle Making; etc. and now scaled up to next level i.e. Soap and Detergent Making, Mushroom Cultivation, Bamboo Products, Computer Training, Bicycle Repair Training; Floriculture, Horticulture, Vermicomposting, Nursery Development etc. conducting various types of income generation activities. CSCD not only provides trainings, it also helps in networking with local financial organization to transform the trainee as a successful local entrepreneur.
