Holding a bachelor degree in Business Studies from Ram Swarup Ram Sagar Multiple Campus, Janakpur in 2019, he is recognized for his collaborative approach, working closely with local stakeholders to drive meaningful change. Renuka is an Accountant at CSCD, where she is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization. Renuka plays a vital role in budgeting, financial reporting, and monitoring expenditures, enabling the NGO to effectively allocate resources toward its mission-driven projects. Holding a “Bachelor’s in Accounting”, Renuka is passionate about using financial management to drive positive change. Navin helps in laision with the communities for the successful and smooth conduction of different projects. He also handle IT works of the NGO. Apart from regular jobs of the office, he is NGO’s social mobilizer.
