 Talebar  is the Managing Director of Community Service Committee Dhanusha (CSCD), a leading organization dedicated to promoting women’s empowerment, income generation activities, and biodiversity conservation in Dhanusha District in Nepal. With over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, he has a profound commitment to social equity and sustainable development. Under his leadership, CSCD has launched impactful programs that empower marginalized women through skill development, vocational training, and entrepreneurship initiatives. Talebar believes in the transformative power of economic independence and has successfully facilitated income-generating activities that uplift communities while fostering self-sufficiency. In addition to focusing on women’s rights, he is passionate about biodiversity conservation, advocating for sustainable practices that protect natural resources and promote environmental stewardship. He also works diligently to abolish social transgressions, challenging harmful practices and raising awareness within communities. Program Officer- Tilak Lama

Tilak Lama is a Program Officer at CSCD in Nepal, specializing in women’s empowerment, income generation activities, biodiversity conservation, and the abolition of social transgressions. With a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of marginalized women, he develops and implements programs that provide essential skills training and promote economic independence through sustainable practices. Tilak has successfully facilitated initiatives that empower women to engage in income-generating activities while ensuring these efforts align with biodiversity conservation goals. His work also focuses on challenging harmful social norms and advocating for gender equality within communities. Holding a bachelor degree in Business Studies from Ram Swarup Ram Sagar Multiple Campus, Janakpur in 2019, he is recognized for his collaborative approach, working closely with local stakeholders to drive meaningful change. Through his dedication and expertise, he contributes significantly to creating a more equitable and sustainable future for women in Nepal. He is a nature-lover and outdoor enthusiast.

Office Assistant- Sikandar Kumar

Sikandar is an Office Assistant at CSCD where he supports initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, income generation activities, biodiversity conservation, and the abolition of social transgressions. With a passion for social justice, he plays a vital role in coordinating programs that uplift marginalized women and promote sustainable practices. Sikandar assists in administrative tasks, community outreach, and event organization, ensuring smooth operations within the organization. His commitment to fostering positive change and supporting the team’s mission contributes significantly to creating a more equitable and sustainable future for communities in Nepal. Also, he takes care of all field works like data collection, helps in workshop and seminars.

 

Accountant- Renuka Lama

 Renuka is an Accountant at CSCD, where she is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization. With a background in accounting and finance, she ensures that all financial activities are conducted with transparency and integrity. Renuka plays a vital role in budgeting, financial reporting, and monitoring expenditures, enabling the NGO to effectively allocate resources toward its mission-driven projects. With over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, she is dedicated to supporting initiatives that promote social justice and community development. Renuka’s attention to detail and analytical skills help maintain accurate financial records, which are essential for compliance and donor reporting. Holding a “Bachelor’s in Accounting”, Renuka is passionate about using financial management to drive positive change. Through her work, she contributes significantly to the sustainability and impact of programs that uplift communities across Nepal.
